Brad Johnson, Operations
Brad has managed technical projects for over ten years. He has expert knowlege of Java, Spring, Mule, Struts, web services and backend integrations. Before joining Grio, Brad was the principal engineer and architect for Banshee Software. He led application development projects at Wells Fargo for over five years, and has spearheaded many projects in the areas of digital media, social networking, and pharmaceuticals.

Douglas Kadlecek, Business Development
Douglas has over 15 years experience in the software industry. Prior to Grio, he founded DKware, a successful software development company that specializes in communications software. Before founding DKware, Douglas was the Director of Engineering at Blue Titan, a web services management company.

Santo Purnama, Technology
Santo brings technology leadership to Grio through roles as founding member of serveral Internet focused companies. Prior to Grio, he was co-founder of Site4Shop, which was aquired by Accura Vision Logic, Inc. He also founded Transforme, an Internet consulting firm whose clients include Merril Lynch, McLane International, and Zinio, LLC. Santo graduated from Purdue University with degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. He also serves as technical advisor for Velocity Interactive Group, a venture capital group based in Palo Alto.
